An experienced accountant and former auditor for the state of Indiana, Sarah serves as Chief Financial Officer of Kotys Wealth Professionals, handling accounting and internal auditing for the firm. She not only ensures that Kotys Wealth Professionals operates efficiently but also that the firm is intricately involved with our community, local charitable and cultural organizations.

Sarah is an honors graduate of Purdue University, earning her B.S. in accounting. She has more than a decade of experience as an accountant in small business settings and was an experienced governmental accountant and auditor with the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Sarah also volunteers in numerous local charities.

From a background in sales and managing client accounts, Ryan joined The Kotys Group in 2009. He focuses on managing 401(k) retirement plans, supervising plan participant communications and helping all Kotys' clients build and maintain formal financial plans. 

Ryan graduated with honors from Purdue University with a degree in business management and marketing. He is active in our community, including having a leadership role in his local church.

As Operations Manager at Kotys Wealth Professionals, Jennifer brings more than 23 years of industry experience to the firm having worked in operations for other area financial institutions. She handles the majority of day-to-day back office details, as well as keeps the firm in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Jennifer's role is vital in ensuring our clients have a wonderful operations experience in addition to their personal experience.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She is also very involved in the community and many local charitable organizations.

A knowledgeable HR professional with experience in the 
travel and banking industries, Megan joined The Kotys 
team in 2014. She manages the company's systems, 
coordinates office processes, and monitors efficiencies. 
Her duties include marketing and client events. According 
to the team, she is the cornerstone connecting all 
efforts to provide the impeccable client experience Kotys 
Wealth Professionals are known for. 

Megan is a graduate of Sawyer College and an experienced 
HR Professional with a PHRÂ® (Professional in Human 
Resources) designation.

With a background in Accounting and Finance, Mark joined the Kotys team in April of 2019 as a Financial Advisor. Mark previously worked for NIPSCO/NiSource in several roles including Corporate Finance & Accounting, Management Reporting, and Continuous Improvement. Mark also has experience in tax preparation working for H&R Block. 

Mark graduated from Purdue University Calumet with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and is a Series 66 Registered Investment Advisor. Mark enjoys staying involved in the community through his local church, playing in organized sports, and volunteering at local events with this wife.
